Always read and follow the directions for use
To fill with air, unscrew metal valve half way by turning in an anticlockwise direction and inflate using either mouth or air pump. Once desired firmness is acheived, close by turning metal valve in a clockwise direction until tight. To deflate, simply reverse process to allow air to escape.
