Adult: Take 10g (two heaping teaspoons) once daily and dissolve it in 200–300ml of water, juice (such apple or blackcurrant), or milk of your choice.
We advise decreasing the dosage to 5g (one heaping teaspoon) for 2-4 weeks prior to beginning the full 10g dose if this is your first time taking Vital All-In-One.
