Attach the mouthpiece securely to the breathing trainer.
Attach the nose clip if required.
Select a suitable resistance setting according to the Instructions for Use.
Place the mouthpiece in the mouth and create a comfortable seal with the lips.
Breathe through the device using controlled breaths.
Begin at a comfortable resistance and gradually increase the resistance as appropriate.
For regular training, Welcare describes approximately 30 breaths in the morning and evening as a general approach.
Clean the mouthpiece after use and replace the filter when required.
