Select the appropriate measurement method: oral, rectal or underarm.
For basal body temperature tracking, take the measurement at approximately the same time each day, preferably after waking and before getting out of bed or undertaking physical activity.
Place the flexible tip in the chosen measurement position and remain still while the thermometer takes the reading.
The temperature is displayed to two decimal places.
Record the temperature to track changes throughout the menstrual cycle.
The thermometer automatically switches off after use.
