A woman's body produces less estrogen throughout the menopause. Hot flushes," or flushes of the face, neck, and chest, may result from this. These symptoms are lessened by astrozogel following menopause.

Estradiol (as hemihydrate) is the active component of estradiogel. There is 0.6 mg (0.06% w/w) of estradiol in one gram of gel. 1.25 g of gel containing 0.75 mg of estradiol is delivered with each pump actuation.

The risk of developing uterine cancer (womb cancer) may rise if you use estrogen alone. While using EstroGel, report any unusual vaginal bleeding as soon as possible. After menopause, vaginal bleeding could indicate uterine (womb) cancer.

Press to release a single gel measure. Apply at the same time every day to skin that is dry, clean, and undamaged. Apply to one arm's shoulder to wrist on both the top and bottom. Applying Estrogel does not require massaging or rubbing in.
